Global Eats: An International Culinary Celebration

Posted by Dorcas International

Global Eats is back!

Join Dorcas International for its second annual international culinary fundraiser at Rhodes on the Pawtuxet on March 28, 2019, to experience incredible global dishes masterly crafted by renowned local chefs!

Last year, the event’s professional and artful chefs served 500+ guests at Fete Music Hall using Dorcas International’s Global Cookbook, comprised of invaluable family recipes shared by those it serves – and people loved it!

Global Eats enables you to discover amazing flavors from around the world while also supporting Dorcas International’s extensive work in the community – it is the largest agency working to empower immigrants and refugees in the region! SO don’t miss out on one of the Ocean State’s biggest culinary events of the year — secure your ticket now!

Here’s a sneak peek of Global Eats’ growing list of your favorite local chefs:

Bill Andrews from Leon’s Cafe & Catering

Camilla Baffoni from Pan a Day Take Away

Jake Rojas from Tallulah’s Taqueria

Maria Meza from El Rancho Grande

Noah Metnick from Waterman Grille
