Fun For All at The Village

Posted

The Village is all about comfort. “We want to bring people together, to make them feel good here,” says executive chef Maura Shea. With a focus on community, the inviting restaurant offers American favorites with a creative twist.

Crowd-pleasing appetizers and entrees get a gourmet upgrade here. Angus burgers – which placed first in RI Food Fight’s Big Burger Blowout in 2016 – are uniquely served on grilled pretzel rolls. The crisp, flatbread style pizza ranges from everyday favorites like Margherita to the creative Prosciutto and Fig pie. Baked mac and cheese, grilled salmon, specialty steak dishes and pasta are just a sampling of their craveworthy comfort food. The menu, which changes with the seasons to incorporate the freshest ingredients available, also offers healthy options such as handmade garden burgers, heaping salad entrees and a hummus plate.

Always looking to be creative and fun, The Village has a patio pet menu complete with Pupsicles and chilled water bowls for thirsty pups.

All Day, All Night
The Village knows the best way to the community’s heart is through food… all day food that is. A great selection of appetizers, flatbread pizzas and their insanely popular wings (which are available in a variety of flavors) are perfect for sharing with friends. In addition to serving lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers an amazing weekend brunch. Come Saturday and Sunday, ordinary breakfast fare becomes extraordinary here. Benedicts, Belgium waffles and their infamous Creme Brûlée French Toast are just a few of the highlights. And the cocktails – from Bloodies to nightcaps – are just as unique as the cuisine.
