• 3 parts ISCO Ostreida Oyster Vodka

• 1 part pineapple juice

• 1 part passion fruit juice

• 1 part lemon juice

• Top with seltzer


Add all ingredients to a tall glass over ice, and garnish with a pineapple wedge – plus pineapple fronds if you are feeling extra!
