It’s Halloween’s last hurrah this weekend, making way for festive November fun all over Rhody! Spooky jaunts, harvest celebrations, and ways to commemorate Diwali and Día de Los Muertos are all in store, along with a mainstay fiery arts spectacle, dog adoption event, theater, food, hiking, and more.
