January 9–14: The Bodyguard had the soundtrack of a generation. Hear the stage musical live at The Bodyguard at PPAC, starring Grammy winner Deborah Cox.
January 12: Rock out at The Greenwich Odeum during “It’s a Bash!” The screening of the documentary about Neutral Nation, a Providence punk band that rose to fame in the ‘80s, will be followed by a performance from the band.
January 13-14: Hop onSave The Bay's Newport Seal Cruise and get a chance to see the adorable maritime mammals that call our waters home in the colder months.
January 14: Indie songstress and NPR darlingNeko Case plays The Columbus Theatrewith support from Mt. Joy, performing hits including “This Tornado Loves You” and “I Wish I Was the Moon.”
January 15th: Glide over the ice at the Newport Skating Center, open daily, and have your kids dress as their favorite superhero for “Superhero Day,” to celebrate heroes in the community on MLK Jr. Day.
