Each holiday season our gallery becomes a shop. The Winter Market is a boutique-style sale of handmade work by Rhode Island artists; ceramics, jewelry, knitwear, candles and ornaments, cards and prints, framed originals, turned wood, glass and metalwork, and a "curiosities" corner for the weird and wonderful. Most pieces are small enough to give and priced accordingly, and every purchase goes straight to a working Rhode Island artist. It opens on Small Business Saturday weekend, and our busiest day is Dec. 5, when the Apponaug Winter Stroll brings the whole village out.
