After months of gray skies and bundled-up routines, nothing says spring quite like stepping into a space filled with greenery, color, and the promise of something new. Bloom Flower & Home Market returns to Providence on April 11 and 12, transforming the WaterFire Arts Center into a vibrant indoor marketplace packed with plants, florals, and thoughtfully made goods.
Now in its latest iteration, the beloved two-day pop-up brings together more than 85 small and independent vendors from across New England and beyond. Shoppers can browse everything from rare houseplants and fresh and preserved flowers to ceramics, jewelry, apothecary products, art, home décor, and botanical-inspired goods, all under one roof.
“We’ll have an incredible selection of plants, flowers, and handmade goods at Bloom this year,” says co-host Robin Dionne. “From rare plants to easy starter plants and beautifully crafted home decor, Bloom really has something for everyone’s aesthetic and budget, and we’re excited to bring so many plant lovers together again!”
Designed for both seasoned collectors and first-time plant enthusiasts, Bloom invites guests to wander, discover, and bring a little life back home with them. The event also keeps sustainability front and center, with fully compostable vendor materials and support from local compost partner Epic Renewal.
“After a long winter, we're all ready for something fresh and fun,” adds co-host Bianca Gallagher. “Bloom is a chance to wander, discover new plants and makers, and leave with something that makes you feel a little brighter during Earth Month."
Beyond the plants, the experience leans into the full lifestyle moment. Local favorites JA Patty, Celebrated, and Basil & Bunny will be on site with food and treats throughout the weekend, while admission includes a drink ticket redeemable for a small cocktail, beer, coffee, or ice cream.
