Books Are Wings will host “Bowling for Books” on Thursday, November 5, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Breaktime Bowl and Bar in Pawtucket. The event supports childhood literacy initiatives and honors community partners for their essential role in increasing access to books in under-resourced communities.
The event raises vital funds to support young readers and Books Are Wings’ mission to put free books into the hands of children. The evening will feature bowling, appetizers, cash bar, 50/50 raffle, silent auction, and more.
