If your Wednesday nights could use a little more flavor, Track 15 has the perfect solution simmering. The beloved Station Tastings series is officially back, inviting Rhode Islanders to swap their usual midweek routine for an evening of live cooking demos, complimentary bites, and chef-led conversation inside Providence’s historic Union Station .
Beginning March 4, Track 15 is once again partnering with Stock Culinary Goods and PopUp Rhody to turn Wednesday evenings into an interactive culinary experience. From 5:30 to 7:00 p.m., guests can gather to watch live demonstrations from some of the food hall’s standout chefs, sample their creations, and even ask questions during a moderated Q&A hosted by Stock Culinary Goods owner Jan Dane.
“We’re excited to welcome guests back for the return of Station Tastings,” said Chris Marsella, Owner of Track 15. “These events create a fun and interactive way for the community to connect with local chefs, explore new flavors and celebrate Rhode Island’s vibrant food scene.”
And the lineup promises to deliver. The series kicks off with Chef Alp Gumuscu of Tolia preparing grape leaf dolma on March 4, followed by Bar 101’s take on the art of the martini on March 11, and a lively salsa demonstration from Dolores on March 18 . Future events will be announced in the coming weeks.
Beyond the demos and tastings, attendees can browse a pop-up market from Stock Culinary Goods featuring thoughtfully curated cooking tools and tabletop pieces. Each guest will also receive a 10 percent coupon toward purchases from that evening’s featured vendor .
