Together, we’ll celebrate the completion of Rhode Island’s first permanent supportive housing apartment community designed specifically for medically vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness. This innovative model combines stable housing with connections to health and mental healthcare partners, providing safety, dignity, and hope as dozens of individuals rebuild their lives.
Your support helps make this transformative work possible. Proceeds from the evening benefit Crossroads’ essential programs—including permanent housing, emergency shelter, case management, and education and employment services—that helped nearly 5,000 men, women, and children move toward stability and a place to call home last year.
