An art gallery hosting exhibitions and classes for all ages.
Erase Studio and Gallery is located on the second floor at 1 Meeting Street – the brick-red building toward the bottom of the hill just before North Main Street.
Founder/owner/artist Elise Francesca named her studio and gallery to reinforce the concept that there are no mistakes when making art. “If you look at Erase as simply an art class or a gallery, you’re missing the bigger picture,” she begins. “Erase exists as a reminder that there is value in curiosity, imagination, permission to reimagine, and most importantly, community. In a world that often demands perfection, productivity, and constant comparison, creativity creates space to explore without judgment.” With her art educator mom Rhonda Fargnoli by her side, Francesca has a continuous roster of workshops in various mediums and with guest instructors, from Friday Night with Friends for adults to instruction and make-and-takes for young artists. Since its opening in 2024, Erase has hosted hundreds of workshops, group and solo exhibitions. “August is our first-ever Children’s Art Exhibition, showcasing art on the walls from the workshops kids have taken at Erase,” says Francesca. Additionally, Erase has artwork for sale and offers marketing services for artists. “Erase is special because it truly means something different to everyone.”
