Roll up your sleeves, grab your napkins and prepare to get messy: Rick's Roadhouse is cooking up the kind of classic pit barbecue that will make you lick your fingers and forget your manners. With a menu that features gut bustin’ burgers, fall-off-the-bone slow smoked ribs, pulled pork, briskets, and Southern-style fish specialties, Rick’s is an escape from fine dining. Rick's recreates the great regional meals served by family owned restaurants to hungry travelers along route 66 from Chicago to California.

The warm and lively atmosphere provides down-home hospitality and a comfortable setting in which to enjoy some classic Americana. The full bar always has the perfect compliment for a rack of ribs or a plate of pulled pork – everything from craft beers to cocktails to an outstanding selection of whiskeys and bourbons. There's sports on the TVs, pool tables and darts by the bar, a full roll of paper towels (not napkins) at the tables, and a friendly staff to make you feel at home.

Of course, you're here for the food: authentic, rib-sticking barbecue cooked slow and low. Rick's does it the way it's supposed to be done: slow smoking their meats over a combination of hickory and applewood to give it that full flavor and signature pink smoke ring. The Carolina Pulled Pork is smoked for 12 hours, the Texas Brisket, 14, so you know it's tender and juicy. The burger bar lets you choose from 100% certified Hereford beef, turkey, chicken, a veggie patty – even bison. But Rick's is about more than just meat: there's a full complement of classic Southern sides and specialties. There's Firehouse Chili, Wings From Hell, Grandma's Meatloaf, Mac & Cheese, and don't forget the Cornbread.

Come to Rick's for the BBQ, but it's the down-home hospitality that will keep you coming back.

Can't-Miss Dish: The BBQ Rib Combo Plate: Combine a half rack of baby back ribs with your choice of BBQ chicken, Carolina pulled pork or Texas brisket, plus all the fixings.

Insider Tip: Finish a plate of their Wings from Hell by yourself and get your picture on their "Wall of Flame."
