Pumpkin Palooza: Celebrate fall with special events every weekend at Frerichs Farm in Warren – from a ride on a magic pumpkin coach and pumpkin painting to a DIY scarecrow workshop. Through October 27. 

 

Rail Explorers: Take a leisurely expedition by railcar through the fall foliage of the Narragansett Bay for an evening fireside or day tour throughout the fall season. Based in Portsmouth.

 

The Teeny Tiny Show: The Collaborative  in Warren presents an art exhibit of works smaller than 2” by 3”. With a three-person gallery capacity, social distancing will be in place for safe viewing. September 5-27.

September 19: Fifth Annual Culinary Adventure

This year, dive into the history of food made by Newport women in honor of 100 years since the ratification of the 19th amendment.

 

September 19 - December 20: Andy Warhol Exhibit:

“Big Shot” is the artist’s third exhibition at the Newport Art Museum and focuses on Warhol’s photographic work, specifically his Polaroids.

October 3-4: Norman Bird Sanctuary Harvest Fest

October 18: Pell Bridge Run

While registration was temporarily closed in light of COVID-19, plans are still on for the picturesque 4-mile run over Newport’s iconic bridge.
