Retreats, coaching, and a debut book offer life-changing tools for mental clarity, physical health, and lasting self-love

For many, the idea of waking up eager to start the day feels out of reach. But for clients of internationally certified yoga instructor and personal development coach Stina Leigh, that sense of energy and joy quickly becomes part of everyday life.

With more than 25 years in the athletic and fitness industry, Stina has built a career that stretches well beyond the yoga mat. She is a movement specialist, human design expert, and mindset coach who has guided professional athletes across the country. Her work includes wellness programming with ESPN, AU Pro Sports, CrossFit, and Silk, part of the Danone World Food Company.

What sets her apart is a distinctly personal approach. Holding degrees in design, tourism, and hospitality, as well as certifications in corrective science, personal training, mat Pilates, and Barre, Stina weaves her diverse expertise into fully tailored experiences. “All fitness, nutrition, and development is catered and specified for you, to you, and by you,” she explains. “There’s only one you. Let’s love it.”

Her one-on-one transformative retreats in Costa Rica remain especially popular. Each year, Stina spends months there deepening her own practice while helping clients reconnect with themselves. She has also hosted retreats across the US, Greece, and London. Through her second venture, Stina Leigh Productions, she designs corporate programs that link personal growth with business development.

Her global reach continues to expand. In 2026, Stina will travel to Egypt, followed by “Babes in Bali” in June – a high-luxury, low-impact retreat combining yoga, Pilates, IV therapy, holistic nutrition, and fashion styling with a world-renowned designer. Registration opens December 1,

Beyond retreats, Stina is finishing her first book, Buckwild: My Self-Lovin’ Journey Through the Jungle. The memoir chronicles her spontaneous move to Costa Rica in 2023 with just six bikinis, and how that leap of faith sparked her healing journey. Scheduled for release in the 2025 holiday season, the book aims to guide readers at any stage of self-discovery. Pre-sales begin September 1.

For those seeking to release stress and embrace a life of ease, Stina Leigh guides clients beyond fitness toward transformation, helping them build balance and clarity in their everyday lives. Learn more at StinaLeighPractice.com or follow @stinaleigh_ on Instagram.
