On Friday, July 5th, Mill’s Tavern will host a drop-in wine tasting and discussion featuring a selection of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir from various regions of the world.
Guests will learn - and taste - how climate, terroir, and traditions affect these popular varietals. Wines will include Sauvignon Blanc from California, France, and Chile and Pinot Noir from California, Oregon, France, New Zealand and more, paired with light hors d’oeuvres prepared by Executive Chef Ed Bolus and his culinary team.
