Sweet Traditions Return to Wright’s Dairy Farm

In North Smithfield, the holidays begin not with carols or snowflakes but with the clink of pie tins and the swirl of fresh whipped cream. Wright’s Dairy Farm, Bakery, and Creamery is once again inviting locals to gather, taste, and celebrate the sweet side of the season.

This year, the cherished family-run destination is offering a trio of festive traditions designed to make the season bright and delicious. First on the lineup are the Pie Preview Events at Wright’s Creamery on November 8 and 15 from 9am-3pm. Guests can sample every pie on this year’s Thanksgiving menu and receive 10 percent off a holiday pre-order. With options ranging from tangy apple to velvety pumpkin, the event gives dessert lovers a sneak peek at the flavors that will take center stage on Thanksgiving tables across Rhode Island.

Next comes the 12 Days of Christmas Cookies, running December 1–12, when visitors can build custom cookie boxes at both Wright’s retail store and the Creamery. The Creamery will host the cookie fun from December 3–7, featuring fan favorites such as buttery spritzes, jam thumbprints, and chocolate crinkles. Whether gifting to loved ones or saving a few for Santa, guests can mix and match to their hearts’ content.

When winter settles in, the Test Batch Club returns from January through March 2026 with a new theme: Scoop Fest. Each week’s ice cream flavor draws inspiration from a song, album, or artist, and members receive exclusive pints available for pickup across multiple Rhode Island and Massachusetts locations.
