This lineup has something for every kind of reveler, whether you’re into pop culture, illuminated festivities, theater and music, environmental fun, and more. Get ready to hit the town and celebrate with the community!

Fans from all over flock to experience the largest anime convention in the smallest state at Rhode Island Anime Con, with vibrant cosplay, engaging panels, celebrity guests, and unique vendors. June 15-16, Tickets online, Providence

Celebrate RI PrideFest at District Park with live music, a vibrant vendor exhibition, eight full-service bars, and a family-friendly Kids Zone. Don’t miss the parade at 8pm, visible from Dorrance, Washington, and Weybosset streets. 11:30am, Providence

Join the Water Lantern Festival at Slater Park, where attendees can decorate their own lanterns to set afloat, as well as enjoy food trucks and live music while mingling with neighbors in anticipation of the dazzling lantern launch. Tickets online, Pawtucket

Cruise into Father’s Day at the Newport Motor Car Festival, a family-friendly gathering showcasing over 30 classes of cars, with peer judging, plus food trucks, over 50 vendors, raffles and music with Cruisin’ Bruce. 9am-3pm, Portsmouth
