Raise your steins to a weekend of Oktoberfest brews and fall festivals! Authentic German feasts, artisan markets, local wine tastings, seasonally inspired crafting, a celebration of clean water, and even a tail-wagging fundraiser for pups are all on the agenda.

SATURDAY, September 28

Creative small businesses including Myrth, Lindquist Object, Black Leaf Tea, and others come together for an equinox market: Long Days, Early Moons. Handmade ceramics, crafted leather goods, plant-dyed garments, and more will be on display. 10am-4pm, Rumford

It’s Harvest Saturday at Sakonnet Vineyard, which means wine tastings, a winemaking demo, and walking tour of the vineyard to celebrate this year’s grape harvest. Delicious food and live music from the Patterson Smith Trio round out the afternoon. 11am-7:30pm, Little Compton

The community comes together to celebrate water, science, and art at the Rain Harvest Festival hosted by the Stormwater Innovation Center and Providence Parks Department at Roger Williams Park. Be inspired while learning about clean water efforts. 11am-2pm, Providence
