Track 15 Completes Vendor Lineup for February 2025 Opening

Providence's new food hall gears up for a diverse and exciting culinary experience

Track 15 Food Hall has unveiled its final vendors, setting the stage for its much-anticipated grand opening in February 2025. The historic development will bring an exciting culinary scene to the heart of Providence, offering a vibrant array of cuisines from local chefs and internationally inspired restaurateurs.

Little Chaska and Tolia, two new food concepts, have joined the existing lineup of Dune Brothers, Dolores, There There, Giusto PVD, and Mother Pizzeria PVD, expanding Track 15's diverse offerings. Little Chaska is the creation of Sanjiv and Vandana Dhar, the team behind beloved Rhode Island eateries such as Kabob and Curry in Providence, Rasoi in Pawtucket, and others. Known for their mastery of Indian cuisine, the Dhars will present a unique selection of Middle Eastern and modern Indian flavors at the food hall.

Tolia, a Middle Eastern-inspired concept by Turkish chef Alp Gumuscu, will showcase the rich culinary traditions of Anatolia. Gumuscu, formerly the executive chef at Yagi Noodles in Newport, aims to transport patrons through vibrant, spice-filled dishes rooted in ancient regional ingredients.

Track 15 will occupy 18,000 square feet of the historic Union Station, which opened in 1898 as the city's transportation hub. Marsella Development Corporation is transforming the space into a dynamic hospitality venue with seating for 600, a central bar, an entertainment area, and a 10,000-square-foot outdoor plaza.

Christopher Marsella, president of Marsella Development Corporation, emphasized the project's significance, saying, "We've worked hard to create something that honors Providence's history and reflects its diverse culture."
