10 Prime Steak & Sushi: the name pretty much says it all. This stylish, sexy restaurant in the heart of Downtown serves only the finest prime sirloin steaks from corn-fed Midwestern beef alongside expertly prepared sushi using top quality seafood. The funky, cobalt-accented ambience, with bubbles showering over the bar, creates a stellar backdrop for either an intimate date night dinner or a lively night out with friends. 10 Prime Steak & Sushi is where East meets West in Providence.
Of course, you want to know about the steaks. All of 10’s prime and certified Angussteaks are aged for at least 28 days for maximum flavor and tenderness. Cuts include 8 or 12 oz. filet mignon (and you can get the 8 oz. bacon-wrapped), 14 oz. New York sirloin, 22 oz. porterhouse and 10 oz. Wagyu flat iron and they can all be accompanied with a range of sauces: mushroom demi-glace, bernaise, horseradish aioli, hollandaise and brandy cream. Other top notch meat and fish specialities include steamed or baked stuffed lobster, grilled swordfish with lump crab, day boat scallops, and surf and turf with lobster and filet.
For the truly ambitious, there is Club Ten 40 oz. Certified Angus Double Porterhouse. Finish it all and get your name on a plaque to honor your achievement.
Then, there’s the sushi. Made fresh with only the finest ingredients, 10’s sushi menu includes a full range of sashimi and nigiri, plus 15 designer rolls. The main event is the decadent Signature Roll 10: Maine lobster, smoked salmon, asparagus, avocado and caviar.
Can’t-Miss Dish: The exquisite Wagyu beef, whether in the form of the Hot Rock appetizer (cooked tableside on lava rocks and served with wasabi aioli) or as a 10 oz. flat iron steak.
